Shellac

I love a good manicure, so 2 weeks ago I got Shellac'd! 

Gorgeous, yes?! I can't remember what the colour was, I will find out when I have them redone. 

2 weeks on, this is how they've lasted...

 

No chips, perfect finish, just with lots of regrowth!

Estée Lauder Haul!

So, this happened. I've been after the Double Wear foundation for ages, and while I was there I got the Double Wear mascara too. Although I'd heard Estee Lauder mascaras weren't that great,I was holding out hope it may work for me. Wrong! It stays on, I'll give it that! 

Anyway, because I purchased 2 things, I got the little bag free, filled with all the other items in the picture. 

Perfectly Clean Splash Away Foaming Cleanser - smells lush! Yet to try this.

Advanced Night Repair Eye - have enjoyed using this, goes on smoothly, my under eyes do seem less 'baggy'.

Advanced Night Repair Serum - I LOVE this! My skin feels so soft, and definitely less blemished.

DayWear - my face really enjoys this, my skin is supple and smooth, and just the right amount of moisturised! 

Lipgloss Pure Colour in Mod Poppy - smells and tastes nice, similar texture to juicy tubes just slightly dryer. Long lasting and moisturising.

Lipstick Pure Colour in Rose Tea - not my kinda colour, but very pigmented and long lasting.

Sumptuous Extreme Lash Multiplying Volume Masacra - I quite like this, lovely big wand which provides even coverage. Although, I did find I had to use quite a few layers to get a result I was happy with. No mummy has time for that!

Baby...

Nothing better than small baby cuddles to brighten your day. Definitely my current favourite!

The Beginning

Everyone should have a passion, right? I was always taught to share the love! So here we are. Myself and my new baby daughter, filling our days with love and laughter (and lots of dribble!).

Becoming a mum has made me realise just how important it is to cherish the good stuff, and embrace the bad with a positive attitude. To quote Michal Jackson ' If you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and then make a change'.
